Who do I work with?

I work with any adult over the age of 18. For insurance purposes it’s important that clients’ main residence is in the UK.

How long is a counselling session?

Online sessions last for 60 minutes.

In person sessions last for 50 minutes, due to the policies of the centre I work from.

How much does a session cost

Online sessions cost: £50

In person sessions cost £55

Supervision cost £60 per hour (I offer concessionary rates for trainee counsellors).

Relationship therapy sessions (online or in person) cost: £70

Where do sessions take place?

I offer online therapy for any client in the UK.

I am based in Manchester, UK.

In-person therapy takes place at the following address:

What can I help with?

I offer counselling for most mental health issues and life event challenges, including: perfectionism, people pleasing, anxiety, low mood or depression, bereavement and loss, anger issues

I specialise in: Relationship issues & Work related stress or burnout.

What type of therapy do I offer?

I offer person-centred therapy. This means building a trusting connection without judgement.

We will consider the relationships you grew up with, how you interpret your experiences, and your beliefs about yourself.

I offer pluralistic relationship therapy. This means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs and the specific issue we are working with.

My qualifications

Counselling & Psychotherapy in the UK are not regulated professions. It is very important to know you are working with a suitably qualified professional.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Being on this register assures you that I am qualified to an appropriate level and I adhere to BACPs code of ethics. In the event of any complaint or malpractice, BACP would conduct an investigation.
